What is not covered under the guarantee?

  • User damage – Any damage caused by users will not be covered since the factory will conduct strict quality checks before shipment. Please notify sex doll needs long-term care and we are happy to share your sex doll care guide here.
  • Used Dolls – Due to strict hygiene regulations, we are not able to replace or refund any sex doll or accessories that have been used.
  • Skin imperfections – Each doll is meticulously hand-crafted, resulting in slight variations in their skin texture and it’s normal to see minor scratches on skin caused by long-distance delivery.
  • Finger & Toe Nails – The nails are loosely adhered to the skin to allow buyers to remove, paint, and replace them. Even if the nails fall off, you can fix it using TPE glue with our repair video guide.
  • Eyelashes – Eyelashes are tightly stuck to doll’s eyes before shipment. If anything becomes loose, simply stick it with our TPE glue.
  • Makeup Difference – Each doll’s make-up is applied by a makeup artist, which means that very slight differences in make-up are normal. You can remove it and do unique makeup using your cosmetics.
  • Custom Dolls – For customers who have made specific requests or have custom requirements such as changes in skin color, nipple size, or vaginal color, your doll is considered bespoke and exclusively tailored to your preferences.
